After meeting with Mike Galley to review the project, I was impressed by his transparency on the build costs and workmanship I had seen on our neighbors project. Everyone knows how busy the trades are in cottage country these days, and therefore how challenging it can be to plan and execute construction projects. However, my experience with Cottage Country Steel Docks was the opposite. My project involved building a steel-framed dock to support a two-slip boathouse. Throughout the planning and execution the communication was timely, focused on the key points, and unrushed, and all budget and timing expectations were clearly communicated.
